Once a week, I reserve a little time to take an oil bath
I think it changes a whole hair, and you can clearly see the difference with and without.
Here are the ingredients for my oil bath:
- Coconut and avocado oil
- Food argan oil
- olive oil
- 5 drops of essential oils of peppermint
- Lavender water (I take lavender that I let infuse in water, then I put the lavender water in a spray bottle)
I mix everything and apply it to my hair then I wait at least two hours before washing it. Soft, thick, long and shiny hair guarantees.
