Shilha or “Tachelhit” is the Berber language spoken by the Moroccan Chleuhs. It is in fact the most important Berber dialect of Morocco but also of the Berber world. Moreover, the chleuh covers a fairly considerable geographical area: the south-western part of the High Atlas, the Anti-Atlas and the Souss.
I am of Shilha origin, so I have been speaking Shilha since I was little, because it is with this language that my parents communicate with me.
Here is a small Moroccan berber manual by E. Guilmoto that I share with you in PDF version.
If you are interested in learning the Berber language, feel free to send me a message so that I can teach it to you.
